Olive Cafe位於荃灣市中心不起眼的一個角落,不過日常生活匆忙,平常都經過始終沒有入內的打算,最近終於下定決心,一於去食個晚餐!
The restaurant is located at an unremarkable corner in Tsuen Wan.
店內似乎分成兩大區域,有可吸煙的户外區;內部則是典型酒吧的設計。
There are 2 zones in the restaurant. Smoking zone exterior & bar restaurant interior.
餐牌的選擇其實不少,除了常見的西餐外,還有石燒系列,一於就吃石燒, 既豐富又簡單!
Olive US Beef Steak (HKD125) Olive美國牛扒 ($125)
The olive signature US beef steak was sizzling on a stone plate. I've ordered medium doneness but it tasted like medium-well thanks to the hot stone. The steak was in quality, meaty but not tough.
送到時渣渣聲,也有陣香,不過送來時比較熟,已經質五成熟。借助石頭的熱力,提升熟度,看來感覺更像鐵板,而且熱力較其他餐廳強。牛肉本身質素不錯,有肉味,但會不會老,考驗功力,愛吃嫩的建議立刻從鐵板上拿到碟上。
